Locally sourced, traditional cuisine
In the morning you will be woken to the aroma of a scrumptious freshly cooked Melba House breakfast. Wherever possible we use local ingredients, you can enjoy freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice and a selection of cereals, also available are grapefruit, apricots and prunes.
In our cooked breakfasts we use Devon bacon and sausages, eggs, done however you like them, (all our eggs are free range and come from a farm near Teignmouth), hashbrowns, and mushrooms, OR locally smoked kippers, OR smoked salmon and scrambled eggs followed by Tea (Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Lapsang Soushong, ) or fresh or decaffeinated coffee served in cafetieres.
